## Description

At Databricks, we aim to empower customers to solve challenging problems using the Data + AI Platform.

As a Senior Scale Solution Engineer, you are a technical anchor for our scaled customer motion, advising customers across multiple stages of their lifecycle.

The impact you will have:

- Independently own engagements across customer lifecycles.

- Be the go-to expert on the Databricks Data + AI Platform, building reusable AI-augmented workflows.

- Work directly with multiple customers and set the quality bar for the team.

What we look for:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.

- 4+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in Data, AI, or Cloud.

- Deep knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of AI-driven development with programming languages like Python or SQL.

- Understanding of end-to-end data analytics and data engineering workflows.

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
