We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehab at our location in Destin, Florida. As part of our team, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients, empowering them to achieve optimal functional outcomes.

**Responsibilities** As an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation, your duties will include:

- Providing high-quality, evidence-based care to each patient to help them exceed their functional goals

- Developing timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs

- Building positive relationships with patients, their families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital staff

- Collaborating with hospital teams, including physicians, case management, and nurses

**Qualifications** To apply, you will need:

- A graduate degree from an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program

- Registration with the NBCOT

- Current or pending state licensure

- Basic Life Support certification

**Compensation Details** The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000, considering various compensation factors including background, experience, and work location.
