## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bracknell Lexicon store. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and meet strong customer demand. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

The schedule for this role is:

- Sunday: 17:00-21:00

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Wednesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
