## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Aberdeen Union Square, where you'll be at the frontline of providing excellent customer service.

Work Pattern:

- Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Thursday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Friday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Saturday: 19:00 - 23:00

Note that a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands in the retail environment

Requirements:

- Digital confidence

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store

Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
