## Description

We are seeking a Trainee Laminator to join our team in Brackley. As a Trainee Laminator, you will support the manufacturing of high-quality carbon fibre components and tooling by following established processes and work instructions.

The role involves:

- Manufacturing and assembling components according to work instructions, specifications, and quality standards

- Reading and interpreting drawings, patterns, templates, or technical information to ensure accurate work

- Following route cards, job sheets, and production instructions to meet customer and company requirements

- Carrying out tasks with high precision and attention to detail to ensure products meet the required standard

- Identifying and reporting any issues with materials, instructions, or processes that may affect quality

- Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve quality, efficiency, and working practices

- Maintaining equipment and tools in a safe and serviceable condition

- Ensuring the work area is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and quality objectives

We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills from industries such as dressmaking, tailoring, sewing machine operation, upholstery, textiles, crafts, manufacturing, or other roles requiring manual dexterity and precision. You will be able to:

- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately

- Work methodically and consistently to established procedures and standards

- Use good hand-eye coordination and manual skills when working with materials and tools

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Previous composite manufacturing experience is not essential, as full training can be provided for candidates with relevant transferable skills and the right attitude.
