- Perform advanced linear and non-linear finite element analyses on composite and metallic components and assemblies.

- Define and validate structural load cases using first-principles engineering approaches, simulation data, and track feedback.

- Support the design and optimisation of critical Formula 1 systems, including suspension components, aerodynamic surfaces, chassis structures, gearbox and mechanical assemblies.

- Deliver structural sign-off documentation ensuring compliance with internal standards, FIA regulations, and project deadlines.

- Collaborate closely with Design Engineers to achieve lightweight and robust solutions through iterative optimisation.

- Develop and improve analysis methodologies, automation tools, and best practices to increase department efficiency and technical capability.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior analysts and contribute to the continuous development of the analysis team.

- Support cross-functional projects involving vehicle dynamics, data analysis, and multidisciplinary optimisation where required.
