### Requirements

- General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude

- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers

- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call

### Benefits and Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential. Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
