## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Camberley, a busy store location where customers come to relax and recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring the smooth operation of the café.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service, making food and drink recommendations, and ensuring customers have a positive experience

- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Working efficiently and effectively, managing orders and queues during busy periods

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve high-performance goals and meet customer needs

- Adapting to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders, manage inventory, and maintain customer satisfaction

**Working Hours:** SUN 11:00-15:00 MON 11:00-15:00 TUES OFF WED 11:00-15:00 THURS 11:00-15:00 FRI 11:00-15:00 SAT OFF

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- This job role involves working early mornings, and therefore applicants must be at least 18 years old to comply with health and safety legislation.
