## Description

We are seeking a Manager of Proctoring Operations to oversee our internal online proctoring program and support the development of scalable and effective proctoring operations for both online and in-person testing.

The successful candidate will manage daily proctoring operations, ensure proctoring resources are aligned with student testing demand, and maintain the integrity and security of assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and coaching proctors, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management

- Planning staffing and schedules to meet testing demand and service requirements

- Monitoring workload, productivity, service levels, and quality, and addressing performance or coverage concerns as needed

- Developing, documenting, and maintaining operating processes, procedures, and service standards

- Analyzing operational metrics and recommending changes to improve service, quality, consistency, and efficiency

The salary range for this position is $78,200.00 - $129,000.00 per year.
