## Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Prudential. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handle and resolve complaints across all available channels.

Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and requests

- Collect data and perform customer data analysis to recommend value-adding solutions

- Resolve incidents and issues as they arise

- Escalate issues to the appropriate unit or squad

- Prepare initial assessments and recommend solutions

- Promote digital tools' utilization to customers

- Ensure accurate ticket categorization, assignment, and endorsements

- Provide updates, feedback, and resolution to customers

Requirements:

- Perform multi-channel roles such as receiving inbound calls, answering emails, and responding to social media messages

- Validate customer identity before proceeding to any transactions

- Update contact information of customers

- Pre-screen submitted documents and forms

- Endorse potential leads to Process Owner
