At AIA, we're driving a movement towards a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We're looking for a Sr. Specialist, People Sustainability to join our team.

**About the Role**

As a Sr. Specialist, People Sustainability, you will strategically develop and produce compelling culture stories that embody AIA's core values and promise. You will design and execute visually engaging HR newsletters, create platform-specific cultural content, and establish consistent cultural messaging frameworks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and produce culture stories that transform abstract cultural concepts into relatable human narratives

- Design and execute HR newsletters with strong storytelling elements

- Create platform-specific cultural content for internal channels

- Establish consistent cultural messaging frameworks

- Design and facilitate immersive culture workshops

- Develop onboarding culture journeys

- Create culture activation toolkits for managers

- Produce 'culture champion' spotlight series

- Partner with Talent Acquisition to weave AIA's cultural narrative into recruitment materials

- Collaborate with Learning & Development to integrate cultural storytelling elements into leadership programs

- Work with Performance Management teams to develop culturally-aligned recognition frameworks

- Support HR Business Partners in translating business initiatives into culturally-resonant communications

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Human Resource (or related field)

- 5+ years working experience in Marketing/PR/Social Media or HR related functions

- Result-oriented, outgoing, able to handle multi-tasks, resilient

- Strong communication and influential skills

- Project management experience is needed
