## Description

Flock Homes is hiring a Renovations Project Manager to own turns and value-add renovations across its single-family rental Fund in Mansfield, Cleveland, Detroit, Louisville, and Indianapolis.

The successful candidate will own every project end-to-end, proposing scope, walking homes, managing vendors, and holding the line on timeline, budget, and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning projects from initiation to completion, setting scope, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables

- Conducting site visits to scope work, track progress, and verify quality

- Building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status updates

- Sourcing and managing trade partners, providing direct feedback, and reviewing invoices

- Serving as the central point of contact across internal teams and vendor partners

- Tracking project metrics and outcomes, providing clear updates to leadership and stakeholders

- Turning project learnings into better workflows, tools, and processes

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of experience in construction/renovations project management or operations

- Hands-on experience in construction, renovation, or property operations

- A rigorous background in managing projects in a high-growth or institutionally rigorous setting

- Advanced proficiency in AppFolio, Salesforce, and Google Suite

- An operator mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

In terms of compensation, the role offers a base salary of $100,000-$115,000, plus equity and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and unlimited PTO.
