## Description

We are seeking a German speaking Customer Services Fashion & Lifestyle Advisor to work as part of an international customer support team for a successful eCommerce fashion company.

The role involves supporting customers by email, live chat, or through social media, with the aim of resolving queries on the first contact.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring customers' queries are answered promptly and effectively

- Responding to queries within agreed response times

- Providing an excellent customer care experience

- Achieving KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards

- Handling customers across various platforms, including social media, email, and live chat

- Collaborating with colleagues to identify trends in customer queries

Requirements include:

- Fluency in both German and English

- Previous experience in a customer care role

- Good PC and typing skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Attention to detail

- Flexibility to work shifts

The company operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and requires a shift rota of 5 days per week, with one weekend in three worked at the office. Work hours are flexible, with options including 6am-2pm, 9am-5:30pm, or 1pm-9:30pm.

The salary range is £18,000 - £19,000, plus flexible benefits, a £500 bonus, and a night shift allowance of £4,800.
