## Description

We are seeking a Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for providing a consistent Starbucks experience for our guests. This includes curating handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food, managing food quality and freshness, and adhering to state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience

- Greet guests and help them find what they need

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience

- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards

- Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy

- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests

- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests

- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations

- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications

- Follow all food safety requirements

- Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space

- Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items

- Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders

- Follow proper perishable inventory procedures

- Execute sampling best practices

- Complete all required training requirements and certifications

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Work in a safe manner at all times

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up

Requirements:

- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

- Work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
