## Description

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Retail Manager to join our Travel Retail team, focusing on the Northern Europe region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building retailer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, leading a field team, and managing budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining development and growth strategies with the Head of Travel Retail, Europe for designated accounts and implementing them successfully in stores

- Delivering sell-out in line with forecast commitments

- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to drive brand awareness, performance, and market share across the region

- Building strong relationships with retailer contacts to optimise brand presence, maximise share of voice, and negotiate industry-leading joint trading plans

- Leading and inspiring a team of business managers and retail artists

- Managing T&E budget, staying within approved monthly expenditure

Requirements:

- Wide experience in Retail or Sales Management, with direct experience in Travel Retail desirable but not mandatory

- Strong people focus, team spirited and passionate about developing teams

- Proven track record of successful negotiations & ability to influence others

- Target-focused and results-driven

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- Effective communicator, both written and verbal with a structured and organised approach

- Spanish language is desirable but not mandatory
