## Description

We are seeking a Communication Specialist to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As a Communication Specialist, you will lead local communication projects from planning through execution and evaluation, develop clear messages and integrated communication plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

- Lead assigned local communication projects from planning through execution and evaluation

- Identify strong and relevant stories across Sports, Culture, Brand, and other local marketing initiatives

- Develop clear messages and integrated communication plans that bring these stories to life across earned, social, and owned media

- Drive cross-functional collaboration, bringing together relevant internal teams and external partners

- Build and manage strong relationships with media, agencies, and relevant external partners

- Oversee the delivery of communication projects, coordinating agencies, production partners, and other contributors

- Evaluate communication activities and projects, turning results, audience insights, and learnings into clear recommendations

Creator Marketing:

- Lead local Creator Marketing initiatives and assigned projects within the agreed strategy and priorities

- Develop strong relationships with key creators and identify and manage tactical creators

- Develop and deliver creator-led projects and activations, coordinating creators and internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in communications, media, digital marketing, content, Creator Marketing, or a related field

- Strong project management and organisational skills

- Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills

- Experience working with agencies, media partners, and Creators

- Fluent in Hungarian and English
