## Description

As a Customer and Trading Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small supermarket store. You will work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store

- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided

- Leading a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

- Managing performance and capability of colleagues

- Conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment

- A track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same

- Experience of leading a team in a customer-facing environment

- Operational leadership skills

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
