## Description

Are you a student looking to gain practical experience in finance law? We're offering a two-month internship with our Finance practice group in Amsterdam.

Our Finance practice group is a leading player in innovative financing structures, including M&A financing, project finance, capital markets financing, restructuring, securitization, and leasing. You'll work with a diverse team of professionals, providing advice to financial institutions, companies, and investment funds.

As an intern, you'll be involved in the day-to-day activities of our Finance team, working closely with our associates and partners. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Requirements:**

- Final phase of your Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Civil law degree (or planning to obtain one)

- Demonstrated interest in law

- Social, proactive, and enthusiastic

- Fluent in Dutch and English
