## Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer - Associate or Experienced to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As an Industrial Engineer, you will provide support to operations of multiple warehouses, domestically and internationally, conducting time studies, storage management, and implementation of process improvements.

**Responsibilities:**

- Apply industrial engineering principles to analyze and implement manufacturing processes and methods

- Adjust effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures

- Partner with all key functions, including Quality, Supplier Chain, Production Control, Engineering, and IT

- Identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact

- Complete trend analysis and provide recommendations to optimize manufacturing processes

- Possess knowledge of hardware and software components which enable a specific process to be realized

- Work within and/or across programs, organizations, or manufacturing business units where necessary

- Demonstrate the use of information-gathering techniques, analyzing situations, and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions

- Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data

- Apply intermediate knowledge of modeling techniques to analyze a system

- Create project schedules to identify overall timeframe for project activities and manage resources

- Evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security, and performance

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications

- 1+ years of experience with Industrial Engineering or a similar role

- Experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with internal and external customers

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience

- Working knowledge of statistical analysis tools/software

- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge and experience in SAP ERP software
