**About the Role**

As 高级专员，人力发展岗, your main responsibilities will be:

- Conducting interviews with insurance marketing personnel;

- Organising and implementing recruitment promotion activities;

- Assisting business teams with life insurance entrepreneurship explanation meetings;

- Supporting zone or SSC recruitment activities;

- Designing, implementing, and promoting recruitment incentive activities;

- Analysing performance reports;

- Creating and managing recruitment tools;

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;

- Reporting potential business quality risks;

- Completing tasks assigned by department supervisors.

**Requirements**

- University undergraduate degree with business promotion experience;

- At least three years of life insurance experience for specialist roles or five years for senior specialist roles;

- Proficient in MS-Office software and university English level four;

- Strong organisational skills, communication techniques, customer awareness, responsibility, and work initiative.
