## Description

We are offering a Team Manager - Fresh role at our Distribution site in Sittingbourne, Kent. As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will engage and communicate with your team to ensure efficient operations in goods in, pick and loading. You will use your expert experience to manage your people and deliver the best possible service to customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop talent in your team through coaching and guidance

- Set targets and review progress, creating plans to improve performance

- Be solutions-driven, resolving operational problems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

- Monitor and deliver KPIs, taking action to ensure they are met

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment

- Team management experience is desirable but not essential
