## Description

Ninja Van is seeking a Senior Relationship Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts in Taguig, Philippines.

The successful candidate will strengthen client relationships, retain volume and revenue, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing account performance, shipment volume, SLAs, KPIs, and revenue

- Leading client business reviews and serving as a key point of contact

- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve client concerns and claims

- Supporting the Relationship Manager through account reporting and onboarding activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Client Coordination

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities

- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in logistics or e-commerce is preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and reports
