## Description

As a CRM Strategy Assistant at Ubisoft, you will contribute to the development of acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for players on projects such as Rainbow 6 Siege, Ubisoft Store, or Ubisoft+. You will be the central point of contact between the Brands/Sales teams and the operational CRM teams (Data Ops, Designers, Developers, and Ops) to ensure the success of your campaigns.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with Brand, Ubisoft+, Ubisoft Store, and Sales teams to receive their briefs

- Ensuring the link with operational CRM teams (creation of JIRA tickets, validation of creative briefs, receipt of assets, follow-up) to ensure timely campaign deployment

- Working on campaign reporting, analyzing performance indicators, and proposing optimizations

- Creating new omnichannel customer journeys to promote engagement, new offers, and features related to Ubisoft+ and Ubisoft Store games and services

- Defining CRM plans, including relevant communication channels and content defined by audience

- Coordinating the implementation of these journeys with the operational team and establishing key performance indicators

- Optimizing campaign management and communication channels, proposing tests (A/B testing, control groups) and analyzing results

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Be a student with ideally some experience in marketing/CRM

- Have strong communication skills and a high motivation to work in a team in an innovative environment

- Demonstrate great rigor and organizational skills

- Possess analytical and creative skills

- Show curiosity and sensitivity to customer relationship management issues

- Have a good level of English (written and spoken)
