## Description

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join their Adult Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Service Reigate.

The role involves working within a new community neighbourhood team, supporting the delivery of integrated, person-centred care. You will be part of a major transformation programme shaping the future of community mental health.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working within innovative, multidisciplinary neighbourhood teams

- Accessing professional development opportunities and supervision

- Contributing to improving access and outcomes for local communities

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology qualification or equivalent

- Completion of an appropriate clinical supervision course to enable supervision of trainees

- Experience of working with people from across the life span with a range of mental health issues and cognitive profiles

- Experience across a range of psychological models including systemic, behavioural and individual therapeutic

- Demonstrable post registration/clinical experience and competency relevant to this care group

- HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist

The salary for this role is £59,798 to £67,020 a year, inclusive of 5% Fringe HCAS, pro rata.
