## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, working at the sharp end of fresh produce, under pressure and with precision.

You'll be a hands-on, sleeves-up brand ambassador bringing energy and attention to detail to every shift – delivering hot bread, fresh perspectives, and fast, five-star service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining high standards in food quality and safety

- Managing demand and keeping shelves full

- Working efficiently and effectively, balancing speed with safety

- Being a team player and adapting to different roles as needed

- Providing excellent customer service

The work pattern for this role is as follows: **Week 1**

- Sunday: 06:30 - 13:00

- Monday: 06:30 - 13:00

- Wednesday: 06:30 - 13:00

- Thursday: 06:30 - 13:00

- Friday: 05:00 - 12:00

**Week 2**

- Monday: 12:30 - 19:30

- Tuesday: 12:30 - 19:30

- Thursday: 12:30 - 19:30

- Friday: 12:30 - 19:30

- Saturday: 12:30 - 19:30
