**Responsibilities**

- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and trends from customer data, contributing to the development of data-driven CRM strategies.

- Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various CRM projects.

- Assist in developing innovative CRM concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions, leveraging insights gained from data analysis.

- Support the CRM team with ongoing projects related to customer experience enhancement.

- Assist in market research and business development activities within the CRM domain.

- Join a highly motivated, young, and growing CRM team, contributing your expertise in data analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent education.

Experience:

- 1-2 years of previous experience in consulting or CRM.

- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong emphasis on Excel.

- Proactivity and ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.striped

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%
