## Description

At Soho Beach House Miami, you'll play a vital role as a Turndown Attendant, promoting a positive image of the property to members and guests. You'll be reliable, approachable, and have an acute eye for detail.

**Main Duties:**

- Perform turndown services according to company standards

- Refresh glassware in rooms when necessary

- Report maintenance issues and initiate requests for repairs

- Adhere to lost and found policy

- Address guest requests and provide assistance when needed

- Assist with cleaning rooms before turndown and deep cleaning procedures

- Collaborate with the housekeeping team and work autonomously when required

- Follow health and safety policies and procedures

**Required Skills/Qualifications:**

- At least 1 year of experience as a cleaner, maintenance worker, or housekeeper

- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent communication skills

- Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 30 pounds

- Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing required

- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods
