## Description

You will work as a Manager Plant Quality at our Bergen op Zoom plant. This role involves ensuring optimal product and process quality and food safety within the plant. You will implement and monitor international standards, legislation, customer requirements, and internal quality guidelines. As part of the plant's core management team, you will contribute to strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing the annual quality plan in line with the corporate strategy. Managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with BRC/IFS and HACCP and other relevant regulations. Leading and coaching the QA team of five employees and the Supervisor QC, responsible for managing approximately 11 QC employees. Initiating improvement projects and analysing complaints to realise structural solutions. Preparing and guiding internal and external audits, such as SQMS, BRC, SMETA, Halal, etc. Reporting on quality and food safety performance to the Plant Manager and Corporate QA.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, Process Technology, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in a quality environment, preferably in the food industry. Thorough knowledge of quality and food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP). Extensive experience in leading and organising client audits. At least 3 years of experience in leadership. Good command of Dutch and English.
