## Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at the 3M Clinton, TN Site. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe work environment and perform duties safely

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and components, such as bearings, bushings, gearboxes, and pumps

- Adjust and troubleshoot mechanical equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, conveyors, and spraying systems

- Troubleshoot control valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and pumps, and replace AC and DC drives, PLCs, and HMIs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or Maintenance discipline preferred

- Three years of maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment; or equivalent experience

- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Five years of experience in manufacturing, equipment installation, and troubleshooting maintenance support

- Documented education, training, and industrial work experience

- Direct experience with manufacturing equipment

- Proven skill level in working with original equipment manuals, prints, drawings, and charts

- Knowledge and skills of mechanical concepts needed to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and electrical devices
