## Description

We're seeking a Customer Team Member to join our team at Co-op, playing a vital role in delivering excellent customer service in a local store.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth operation of the store, providing friendly and helpful service to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting the day-to-day running of the store

- Contribute to maintaining store performance by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices and dates, and ensuring stock accuracy

- Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community

- Work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and early mornings/late evenings

Requirements:

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team

- Interest in retail and working in a fast-paced store environment (no experience necessary)

You'll receive £13.04 per hour, working 16 hours per week with regular overtime, on a permanent part-time contract.
