## Description

We are looking for a highly strategic and collaborative Technical Program Manager to join our GTM Sales Automation team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing complex, cross-functional programs that drive significant improvements in our GTM processes and GTM automation infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

- Lead Cross-Functional GTM Initiatives: Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, key results (OKRs), timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Drive execution of these programs, often involving new tool implementations, large-scale process re-engineering, or new internal product launches.

- Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders. Ensure change management plans are in place to drive successful adoption and utilization of new processes and technologies.

- Work with Sales Automation leaders to define and lead intra-departmental initiatives. Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and champion adoption of new processes, tools, or strategies across GTM teams.

- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all programs and initiatives, measuring their impact on GTM effectiveness and/or sales productivity. Create compelling reports and presentations for various audiences, including executive leadership, on program progress, outcomes, and business impact.

- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Act as a central point of contact for program-related communications, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Influence and motivate project team members, consultants, and partners to achieve common GTM goals.
