## Description

We are seeking an Associate Principal / Manager, Data & Analytics Consulting to join our team in Tokyo. As a key member of our Data & Analytics Consulting team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement data-driven solutions to support their business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and consulting, with experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and delivering project plans, and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing client relationships and developing project plans to deliver data-driven solutions

- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights

- Developing and delivering presentations and reports to clients

- Mentoring and coaching team members

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:

- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science)

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and consulting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Japanese fluency and business-level English
