**About the Role**

As a Management Trainee, you will:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for high net worth clients

- Collaborate with actuarial, legal, investment, and technology teams to create tailored products

- Conduct market research and provide product recommendations

- Train and support partner banks and financial institutions

- Optimize customer processes for high net worth clients

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, finance, actuarial science, or related fields

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent English language skills

- Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly

- Willingness to rotate across departments and locations
