## Description

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will plan, organise and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease

- Develop and implement therapeutic plans, modifying them as necessary

- Educate clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home

- Utilise tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards

- Document client information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans

Requirements:

- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure

- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
