### Job Description

Our Associates work together as a team to provide an exceptional customer experience daily. Your dedication and commitment to excellence will distinguish you as a candidate and prepare you for success within our rapidly growing company.

### Responsibilities:

- Work within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other functions as needed

- Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed safely, maintaining their quality and legality

- Follow standard operating procedures, report product concerns, support traceability with accurate records, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness

### Requirements:

- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as business needs dictate, and consistently arrive on time

- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction

- Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift

- Ability to bend, reach, and frequently push/pull

- Willingness to assist in other departments as needed

- Adaptable to changes quickly

- Extremely detail-oriented

- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities

- No prior warehouse experience required; a 7-day training program will be provided

- Must be 18 years or older
