## Description

We are seeking a Watch Officer to join our team. As a Watch Officer, you will analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlight areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for projects

- Utilize complex modeling and measuring techniques

- Conduct functional testing of various projects or systems

- Research, identify, and recommend resources required for task execution and completion

- Develop new functionality or update existing functionality to meet client needs

- Write and update project documentation, including procedures, presentations, and training materials

- Perform functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships

- Consult with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects

- May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts

Requirements:

- 5+ years of related experience

- Top Secret/SCI clearance level with polygraph

- Bachelor's degree

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and learning mindset

Certifications:

- Must obtain Security+ CE or other DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification within 120 days of starting position

- Must obtain one of the following PWS 9.1 certifications: A+, HDI-CSR, HDI Support Center Director, HDI Support Center Analyst, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 within 120 days of starting position
