## Description

Tanium is seeking a Program Manager to own program management of product development activities for their assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong program/project management foundation, sharp judgment under ambiguity, and the confidence to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the spec-driven product launch process end-to-end – from ideation to delivery – for a product portfolio area.

- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholders and different stages simultaneously.

- Set timelines, hold cross-functional partners accountable to them, and communicate product readiness to leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – subject matter experts, UX, Engineering, Enablement, Legal, and Marketing.

- Develop first-draft materials for product enablement and marketing.

- Act as a proxy to the Product Managers whose portfolios you manage.

Requirements:

- Education - BA or equivalent experience

- Experience - 3+ years in program or project management

- Demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-stage workstreams

- Comfort operating in ambiguity

- A track record of driving timelines and holding stakeholders accountable

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills

- Exceptional attention to detail
