## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work Tuesday and Wednesday from 06:00-12:30, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

Digital confidence is essential, as you'll use tools like Sparks and in-store devices to ensure customers get the products they want.
