## Description

We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at PT Solutions Physical Therapy. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines

- Verify insurance coverage and manage benefits

- Obtain authorization and prior authorization

- Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly

- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications:

- High School or GED diploma required

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare

Schedule:

- Full-time position

- Monday-Thursday 7AM-7PM, Friday 7AM-5PM

- Flexible to work at 4 clinics in Racine area

Compensation:

- Pay Range: $18-24/hour
