## Description

As a Maintenance Technician at 3M, you will have the opportunity to work on-site in Angleton, TX, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include:

- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and components

- Maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, variable-speed power transmission systems, and conveyors

- Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and performing repairs and modifications

- Supporting maintenance operations and continuous improvement activities

- Troubleshooting and modifying PLC, HMI, and control systems programs

Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED or higher

- Two-year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Systems/Process Automation or Maintenance discipline, or three years' maintenance experience

- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shifts

Preferred qualifications:

- Five years' experience in manufacturing, equipment installation, and troubleshooting maintenance support

- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Drives, and components, and Siemens Step7 PLCs, Drives, and components

- Knowledge of mechanical concepts and electrical systems
