## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Consultant to join our team in Noida or Bengaluru, India. As a Senior Engagement Consultant, you will deliver meaningful communication and engagement activities to help clients deliver infrastructure projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and deliver effective stakeholder engagement strategies

- Plan and deliver engagement and consultation activities

- Develop engagement strategies and produce consultation materials

- Translate technical information into plain English for multi-disciplinary teams

- Present feedback to inform decision-making by understanding and interpreting data

- Manage projects, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery

You will be part of a team of 65+ communication and engagement specialists, primarily based in the UK, and will report to an Engagement team regional lead. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a related field, with over 7 years of experience, preferably in the UK, Australia, or similar regions.

Required qualifications and experience:

- Postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a related field

- More than 7 years of experience, preferably in the UK, Australia, or similar regions

- Experience delivering engagement and consultation activities on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects

- Experience in the road, rail, utilities, water, environment, or energy sectors

- Proven experience in managing and building stakeholder relationships

- Outstanding communication skills, including developing engagement strategies and reports

- Well-organized and structured approach to task delivery

- Flexible and adaptable in a demanding and fast-changing environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong team player with an enthusiastic and motivated attitude

- Membership of a relevant professional or trade body
