## Description

The Musketeers represent Red Bull in their area, gaining customers' confidence, securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at POS, and being responsible for the continuous volume growth in the On Premise channel.

Responsibilities:

- Growing Red Bull in the On Premise by gaining new accounts

- Protecting current accounts with engaging On Premise and Marketing tools

- Achieving the Red Bull High 5 in all accounts

- Educating and motivating distribution partners to achieve Red Bull brand and volume targets

- Representing the company and brand at all times with a professional and relaxed style

- Working with regional field marketing teams to activate Red Bull brand properties in key on-trade outlets

- Adding value and creating excitement through creative use of advertising and promotions

- Building and maintaining networks with opinion leaders from the On Premise industry

- Developing strong relationships with all On Premise customers and fellow Musketeers

- Being seen as an expert in the On Premise

Requirements:

- Passion for working in the On Premise

- Strong negotiator and results-focused

- Strong communication skills at all levels

- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to manage time and workload

- Entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude

- Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in 'the scene'

- Good communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships

- Negotiation and Objection Handling skills

- Basic understanding of commercial math

- Proficiency in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

- Well-connected to key figures within the bar and nightclub scene

- Solid understanding of the local On Premise industry
