**Job Summary:** As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you will develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with organisational objectives for Industrial sites in Logistics and industrial dining facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with organisational objectives for Industrial sites in Logistics and industrial dining facilities.

- Manage all facility-related operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and building systems.

- Lead and develop a team of facilities staff and coordinate with service providers.

- Create and oversee preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and minimise downtime.

- Manage capital improvement projects from planning through completion.

- Develop and monitor facilities budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service standards.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services and supplies.

- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

- Respond to emergency situations and develop business continuity plans.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in facility management, with 6 years at a managerial level.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.

- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance requirements, and operational best practices.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.

- Experience with facilities management software and computerized maintenance management systems.

- Excellent project management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Hold a PMP Tier 1 Licence.

- Experience managing multiple industrial or commercial properties or large complex facilities.

- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building operations.

- Experience with space planning and workplace strategy implementation.

- Experience in managing and taking up a new building is preferable.

**Location:** On-site – Hong Kong, SAR, China
