## Description

Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join their team in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia. The successful candidate will be offered a $10,000 allowance, paid through their regular weekly or fortnightly pay cycle, and work on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth across various Sodexo sites.

As a Head Chef with Sodexo, you will play a critical role in providing leadership, direction, and operational excellence across your site. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and mentoring kitchen teams while maintaining a customer-focused, safe, and welcoming environment

- Balancing hands-on Chef duties with planning, administration, and stakeholder engagement

- Driving team performance and upholding Sodexo's high food safety and quality standards

- Fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a Trade Certificate – Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery, Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or Full Working Rights, and experience in a similar leadership role. They will also possess a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service, as well as a solid background in large-scale kitchen operations, ideally within the resources sector.
