## Description

As Senior P&C Coordinator, you'll shape the employee experience at Energy Exemplar, supporting business functions across India.

You'll build trusted relationships with managers and employees, understand team priorities, and turn employee feedback into practical recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing quality P&C advice to managers and employees

- Partnering with managers to understand business priorities and employee needs

- Supporting performance and development processes, including goal and review cycles

- Interpreting engagement survey results and employee feedback

- Coordinating employee onboarding, changes, and offboarding

- Ensuring accurate administration and safekeeping of employee records

- Producing reports on headcount, attrition, and employee movements

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of HR generalist or people advisory experience

- Understanding of India employment practices and HR compliance

- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and performance programmes

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS is desirable
