## Description

We are seeking an Associate - Electrical (Metro) to join our team in India. This role is crucial to the growth of our Buildings Mechanical Electrical Public Health (MEP) business, focusing on establishing a MEP Design Capacity in Noida.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and growth in a demanding environment. You will liaise with design teams to agree on project briefs, deliverables, and resources, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the design process and setting clear goals

- Managing fees, invoicing, and project-resource allocation

- Mentoring and coaching junior team members

- Implementing delivery and quality measurement processes

- Promoting technical excellence in projects

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in building services design

- Experience with technical software such as IES, Amtech, Hevacomp, Relux, and Dialux

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications

- Fluency in English with excellent technical terminology knowledge

- British Chartered Engineer status or equivalent, with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
