As a Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals to drive the company's business growth and build market position.

Responsibilities:

- Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion

- Document business development activities

- Present products and services to new clients

- Conduct market research regularly

- Build strategies for specified markets

- Identify key markets

- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets

- Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients

- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts

- Attend major industry events

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Fluency in Japanese is essential

- Fluency in English

- 4+ years of experience in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector

- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps

- Ability to face constant challenges and adapt to changes

- Ability to keep a proactive position in running a business

- Ability to travel when required
