## Description

We are seeking a Japanese Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers regarding computer and printer usage and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers regarding computer and printer usage and troubleshoot technical issues

- Offer expert technical support to meet customer needs and resolve issues, providing a superior service experience

Requirements:

- Native or near-native Japanese language skills

- Associate's degree or higher

- Basic technical knowledge of PC hardware and software (technical background or call center experience preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Excel

- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation, with ability to work calmly under pressure

- Logical thinking and explanation skills, with high learning motivation and teamwork emphasis

- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability, with willingness to tackle challenging tasks

- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position

- Shift work, with early and late shifts available

- Possible 365-day work schedule

- Remote work options available after 6 months of satisfactory performance and meeting certain criteria
