## Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key day-to-day contact for a portfolio of brand clients operating in duty-free stores across Gatwick, Stansted, and Bristol airports, you will build trusted relationships with clients, airport and retailer stakeholders, and our retail teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day relationships with allocated duty-free clients

- Visiting stores regularly to understand store conditions, team performance, client priorities, and retailer requirements

- Planning and leading client meetings, account reviews, and operational check-ins

- Translating client briefs into clear plans for internal teams

- Working with recruitment and staffing teams to anticipate activities and secure the right people for each account

- Supporting briefings, training, coaching, and performance conversations

- Monitoring execution, attendance, sales performance, visibility, compliance, and client feedback

- Preparing accurate reports and presentations

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in account management and project management, preferably in the travel retail or promotions industry

- Strong commercial acumen

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Proficient in MS Office and project management software and tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Full clean driving licence
