## Description

We are seeking an apprentice to join our Financial and Accounting team as a Financial and Accounting Assistant. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team, gaining hands-on experience in financial administration and accounting.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the financial and accounting team with daily administrative tasks

- Gain insight into payment transactions and learn to prepare simple transfers

- Support the team in checking and posting invoices, cash vouchers and bank statements

- Work with modern AI tools to make financial processes more efficient and smarter

- Learn to prepare reports for authorities and gain insight into payroll preparation

- Maintain office order and learn to structure documents in folders and digital systems

Requirements:

- Interest in numbers and commercial processes

- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and reliability

- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking; good English language skills are an advantage

- Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills and motivation to learn new things
